INFRAMAG  for the future transport

Connection to various terminals

What characterizes the terminals is that they are all one floor up and located at central destinations. You must be able to travel from the center to the center without any intermediate journeys in between. The whole trip loses a lot of time if a connecting trip has to be made.

The picture below can generally be said to apply to all stations along the entire railway network.

Different terminals depending on the traffic available to fill the task of the requested transports

A simple terminal or stop for the train on a single line, there is no oncoming traffic, but the train goes alone in both directions. It goes back and forth during the time period required to prepare the route.

A simple terminal but where the train can come off a siding. There is a protective road to the passing track so that those arriving or those waiting to board the train on the station track are not affected.

A terminal reminiscent of the one above but with the possibility of having different platforms for the separated traffic

A very efficient terminal where there are opportunities to derail traffic in both directions. Here, traffic can also pass at full speed on the through tracks. A protective wall to ensure that the waiting passengers are not affected by the fast passing trains on the central tracks.
